Goals: What do victims and families want?

  1. For the UK Government to formally accept liability on behalf of the state for the manufacture, distribution, importation and use of Factor Concentrate products infected with HIV and Hepatitis C in the 1970s and 1980s.

  2. For the pharmaceutical companies (or the companies who have come to acquire them) to formally accept liability for the manufacture, distribution, promotion and/or sale of Factor Concentrate products infected with HIV and Hepatitis C in the 1970s and 1980s.

  3. For full compensation to be paid to the UK victims and bereaved families, as per the final compensation recommendations of the Infected Blood Inquiry.

  4. For a national memorial, funded by central government, to be established in memory of all those who have died as a result of infected blood products.
