For the UK Government to formally accept liability on behalf of the state for the manufacture, distribution, importation and use of Factor Concentrate products infected with HIV and Hepatitis C in the 1970s and 1980s.

For the pharmaceutical companies (or the companies who have come to acquire them) to formally accept liability for the manufacture, distribution, promotion and/or sale of Factor Concentrate products infected with HIV and Hepatitis C in the 1970s and 1980s.

For full compensation to be paid to the UK victims and bereaved families, as per the final compensation recommendations of the Infected Blood Inquiry.

For a national memorial, funded by central government, to be established in memory of all those who have died as a result of infected blood products.
