Lauren Palmer
Both of Lauren's parents died in one week when she was nine years old. Lauren’s father, Stephen, was infected with Hepatitis C and HIV from Factor VIII. Stephen unwittingly infected Lauren's Mother, Barbara. They both died AIDS in 1993.

Tony Farrugia
Tony's Father, Barry, died in 1986 after being infected with Hepatitis and HIV from contaminated Factor VIII products. As a result, both Tony and his brother were placed into care. Tony has also lost two uncles as a result of infected Factor products.

Denise's son, Lee, died at just 10 years old after being infected Hepatitis C and HIV through Factor VIII products.

Suresh Vaghela
Suresh was infected with HIV & Hepatitis C through Factor VIII products. His brother, Praful, was also infected and died from AIDS in 1995. Having lost many friends, Suresh has attended around 90 funerals of infected haemophiliacs.

Neil Weller
Neil was infected with Hepatitis C through Factor VIII products. He has attended the Oxford Haemophilia Centre since the 1970s and has lost a number of friends who were also infected.
